About Us
Bidets in Canada is a student-powered movement making washrooms cleaner, more inclusive, and more sustainable. With 20+ chapters across Canada, the U.S., and Europe, we’re working to make bidets the norm—starting in the places people use every day: campuses and public spaces.
So far, we’ve mobilized 3,500+ students nationwide and installed 15 bidets at University of Toronto. Bidets improve hygiene, support cultural and accessibility needs, and reduce reliance on toilet paper—making them a practical solution for healthier, more dignified public washrooms.
Our goal is simple: increase access to bidets for those who need them, and normalize them across North America. We partner with student groups, university administration, and community stakeholders to advocate for installations, education, and long-term policy change—so Canada’s washrooms can meet modern standards of hygiene and inclusion.
The demand is clear: 3,500+ students want bidets at their institution, and 1,200+ have shared their struggles without bidets. These statements highlight a dire need for superior hygiene, accessibility, and inclusion.
With 20+ chapters, Bidets in Canada is bringing water-based hygiene to students across the entire nation.
